Doc Stephens holds the groove on bass. Tom Kean brings a fast and modern funk guitar into the mix. Kenny Ginsburg bangs away at those drums.

Albums
Feed The Fire
June 2017
The first Weather Service album sets the tone of the project with both covers and originals. Diversity of styles makes this album stand out, especially the title track written and arranged by Randy Kemp.

Feed The Fire's most popular track is Hall And Oates' Sara Smile. Recorded in about 3 months, the first manifestation of The Weather Service has high production value.
Another Groovy Mystery
February 2017
Another Groovy Mystery incorporates some slick organ trio into every song. The trio recorded at Greg's studio, Packed Sound, then more tracks were created at Main Sreet Music, Randy's studio.

Dream Scene is a composition of Greg's that appears on Another Groovy Mystery. It's a favorite of Randy's due to it's cool school vibe. The horns help the hypnotic groove before some punches.

This album's premise was to play 70's era arrangements of originals and covers.
